It's appalling, in this time of high unemployment and great financial strife -and with the emphasis out of the white house being about 'jobs' - that credit checking is a factor of being hired. Frankly, it's none of an employer's business how a potential employee's credit report reads. This is a necessary & timely piece of legislation that must be passed.
