The issues of smoking and eating have huge impacts on our society especially in the area of HEALTH CARE.  I believe there should be some Government intervention because people who do not practice healthy habits cost us all tons of money in medical care.

An area not discussed is advertizing and nutirtional value labels.  Make the calorie/fat/sugar content blazingly obvious in the ads and on the product.  I often need a magnifying glass to see them.
