On Bullying, I do not think the issue was not adequately addressed. You did have the example of the school principle intervening successfully in one of the stories. That was an expression of positive leadership. In the same way that a company or institution is held responsible for the negative atmosphere in which sexual harassment can take place, the same is true for Bulling in a school environment. The leadership in a school is held by the staff and administration. The wider scope of this issue is that bulling is reflected in the TV reality shows and passed off as good drama. It’s nothing new to our culture to exhibit bad behavior, but to become a forward evolving “civilized” society our ability to create a safe place to learn and become socialized citizens takes place in those years of elementary and middle school.
