Thanks to You, We're Off to a Great Start!

As we begin OPB's new fiscal year, it's a good time to highlight how your generous contributions are being used to develop even more programs and services for our community -- on TV, on radio and online.

The passion that people have for OPB throughout our region has made us one of the most-successful public broadcasting institutions in the U.S. Below are just a few of the endeavors you've helped make possible over the last year:

Think Out Loud, our new radio and online program, stimulates daily discussion on a wide variety of topics of interest and importance to our region. Join the conversation >>

OPB's Public Insight Network provides a forum for citizens from around the Northwest to share their knowledge, experience and expertise. To date, more than 2,600 participants have signed up, and their input helps inform the dialogue on Think Out Loud and makes our news coverage stronger and more relevant. Find out more >>

With OPB's Central Oregon news bureau, we've greatly expanded our ability to cover this dynamic, fast-growing region of our state.

KOPB AM 1600, OPB's new radio station in Eugene, broadcasts news and information on a full-time basis, complementing the programming offered by KLCC FM.

OPB's new online music service, opbmusic.org, features new and Northwest music along with online dialogues and playlists, in studio sessions and more.

OPB and its community partners are engaged in a statewide, multiplatform campaign to increase awareness about the impact of invasive species, featuring The Silent Invasion: An Oregon Field Guide Special, an invasive species online hotline and numerous outreach opportunities.

Contributions from OPB members make up about two-thirds of our annual operating budget... so thank you for making all of this happen!
