A teenager was struck by gunfire and ran to a nearby high school for help in Gresham, Oregon, Monday morning. Gresham Police responded to reports of a shooting near a shopping center at the intersection of 182nd Avenue and SE Division Street.
Staff at the school cared for the teen until police and medical responders arrived.
Authorities say he was transported to a hospital with a non-life threatening injury.
Officers spoke to witnesses of the shooting but have not identified a suspect.
