Wolf Parade is back. The group’s first new record in seven years, titled “Cry Cry Cry,” is due Oct. 6.

In 2010, the band announced the dreaded euphemistic “indefinite hiatus.” Co-frontmen Spencer Krug and Dan Boeckner moved ahead with separate projects (Moonface for Krug; Divine Fits and Operator for Boeckner). They reunited in 2016 and played their first festival show in years, in two triumphant sets at Pickathon that summer.

Wolf Parade returns to Portland early in the new year, at the Crystal Ballroom Jan. 14, 2018. Charly Bliss opens the concert, which is open to all ages. We’re giving away tickets, and this is all it takes to enter:

To enter for a chance to win, complete the entry form below and press “Submit.” One entry per person, please. Duplicate entries will be ignored. The deadline to enter is Thursday, Oct. 5, at 5 p.m. PST. We’ll notify the winners by email.
