Awaiting KBR Lawsuit Verdict

Pete Springer/OPB

class=”p1”>

A dozen Oregon National Guard soldiers and veterans are suing the defense contractor, KBR, alleging that the company knowingly exposed them to the carcinogenic chemical hexavalent chromium. The soldiers were guarding a water treatment facility in Iraq in 2003 when they came in contact with the chemical. The jury is deliberating right now after a three-week-long trial.

Mike Francis extensively covered the trial for The Oregonian. He’ll join us for the details about the case that each side made in the courtroom.

What questions do you have for Mike Francis about the KBR trial?
