In his State of the City speech Friday, Portland Mayor Charlie Hales reiterated his desire to see cuts spread out across all city bureaus in order to bridge the city’s $20 million budget gap. On Tuesday morning, he’ll reveal his detailed plan, and city employees and the public will find out exactly what cuts he’s recommending. The public will get a chance to weigh in before City Council votes on the budget plan.
