Vancouver voters dropped off the last of their ballots on Tuesday night. Clark County elections officials say they plan to have most of the ballots counted by Wednesday afternoon.

Tuesday marked the last day for Washington voters to turn in their primary ballots — and they delivered a historic first. In the state’s Fourth Congressional District two Republicans will advance to the November election.  This is the first time the state’s top-two primary has sent two candidates from the same party to a Congressional race
