Think Out Loud

New Exhibit of Rick Bartow's Art

SLIDESHOW: Some of Rick Bartow’s art

Rick Bartow is not known for a specific artistic medium. His works span painting, drawing, charcoal and sculpture, and all will be on display at a new exhibit opening this weekend at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art in Eugene. Bartow still lives in his hometown of Newport, on the coast. He is a member of the Wiyot tribe of Northern California, and has always had close ties with the Siletz tribe of Oregon.

We speak to Bartow about his life, his work, and the new exhibit.
