Oracle Claims Copyright Infringement Over Cover Oregon Software

The legal battle between Oracle and Oregon has taken another turn. The tech company Oracle filed for federal copyright protection earlier this month and are now claiming Oregon is violating that copyright by continuing to use the Cover Oregon software Oracle developed. This latest complaint follows the suits already filed by Oracle and Oregon against each other.

We’ll dig into Oracle’s latest claim with Elizabeth Tedesco Milesnick, an intellectual property attorney at Miller Nash LLP.
