This winter, the weather is going to get weird. Despite the recent cold snap in Oregon, The Blob of unusually warm water continues to linger off the coast. Most of the state remains in drought conditions, and climatologists expect a strong El Nino this year. All those conditions are expected to combine to create a warmer, drier winter than Oregon usually experiences.
