The drinking water advisory for vulnerable people has been extended after cyanotoxins were again found in the city’s water system. Anna Soens is paralyzed from her knees down. But she kept a promise to her dad earlier this month to climb Mount Hood with him. Soens and her dad went up the mountain with a dozen friends and colleagues, and Soens skied down on her sit ski — making her the first female athlete with paraplegia to summit and sit ski down Mt. Hood.
