  • Warm Springs tribal member Shantell Kneeland joins us from the Standing Rock protest in North Dakota. She traveled from Oregon to take part in the rallies against the Dakota Access Pipeline.
  • This week Portland City Council will vote on proposed changes to the police accountability process. The changes, proposed by auditor Mary Hull Caballero, would eliminate some avenues for public comments at police misconduct hearings.
  • We take the occasion of The Oregonian’s Les Zaitz retirement from his long and prestigious journalism career to talk to him about some of the big Oregon stories he’s covered and his thoughts about the future of investigative reporting.
