small group of protesters gathered Monday night in Portland after learning a grand jury did not indict Darren Wilson, the Ferguson police officer who fatally shot 18-year-old Michael Brown. Before the decision was released, three Portland Police officers were asked to remove Facebook images showing support for Wilson.

Tuesday rallies are planned in Portland and Medford.
