Pot Glut Good For Consumers And Retailers, But Not Growers

Within a matter of months, a sharp drop in marijuana prices in Washington has shifted market control from growers to retailers. Last July, pot retail stores were struggling to meet demand. Now, a glut in supply has reversed the trend, cut the price of an ounce of marijuana by about half, and left growers without the upper hand.  

We’ll speak with Southwest Washington reporter for OPB News, Conrad Wilson, about the Washington market and the implications, if any, for Oregon.
