Ten years ago, OPB’s daily radio show, “Think Out Loud,” was born from the desire to create a space in Oregon and southern Washington for civil, engaged, far-ranging dialogue, informed first and foremost by experience.
“Think Out Loud” is celebrating 10 years with a series of shows that speak to the changes we’ve experienced over the past decade in the Pacific Northwest and look ahead to what we think the next 10 years will bring.
To commemorate a decade of fascinating conversation, we are hosting a series of shows around Oregon that speak to the changes we’ve experienced in the last ten years — as individuals, in Oregon, and across the Northwest. To kick off this series, we hosted a series of one-on-one interviews with notable Oregonians about how the last decade has changed them.
We recorded in front of an audience at the Alberta Rose Theater.
