Oregon’s on-time graduation rate improved a little bit last year, but it’s still the fourth lowest rate in the country. However, the four academies that make up Woodburn High have exceeded the state average by double digits for two years in a row. What do they attribute their success to? We’ll listen back to a show we recorded in March in the auditorium at Woodburn High.
