  • Two Portland women have created a directory to bolster visibility for artists of color. Portland in Color was launched in 2017 as a photo series by Celeste Noche. This week, it relaunched as a directory, and Noche hopes it will lead to more jobs for artists of color. We talk with Noche and Emilly Prado, Portland in Color’s operations director and features editor.
