- The CEO of Facebook will testify in front of Congress this week. On Wednesday he’ll be grilled by the committee chaired by Oregon Republican Congressman Greg Walden.
- In efforts to improve wheelchair users’ wait times for rides, the city of Portland plans to open a central dispatch center and provide subsidies for wheelchair-accessible vehicles. We’ll hear more about the city plans from Leah Treat, director of the Portland Bureau of Transportation, and Nickole Cheron, the city’s Disability Equity Policy Coordinator.
