A couple of hundred Clark County, Washington, residents gathered at the county fairgrounds on Dec. 9 for the 2023 Scott Campbell Christmas Promise Bike Build. They assembled 800 bikes, which will be handed out to children this holiday season through school districts, fire departments and various nonprofits.
