Today, Mike Golub, former president of business for the Portland Thorns/Timbers, resigned from the OPB board of directors. He served as a member since 2017.
OPB is committed to a safe and equitable work environment free from discrimination and harassment. We do not tolerate behavior that is unwelcome, intimidating, hostile, threatening or offensive in our own workplace, and we expect our board members to live up to OPB’s values within and outside of their role with OPB.
The governance committee of the OPB board of directors will be reviewing board bylaws and policies to ensure OPB’s editorial independence, values and public trust now and in the future.
