Republican Donald Trump now has two presidential campaign offices in Oregon and his state director says the New York businessman will definitely visit here before the May 17 primary.
Trump's campaign opened offices in Tigard, at 7100 SW Hampton St, and Eugene, at 2480 West 7th Place, this week.
The offices will be used for phone banking and other volunteer activities.
"We're taking Oregon very seriously," said Jacob Daniels, Trump's state campaign director.
Democrats Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders also have campaign offices in the state. Republicans Ted Cruz and John Kasich are assembling their own grassroots networks here.
This is the first time in decades that the nomination battles in both parties have not been settled before the Oregon primary.
