Now that Oregon’s most populous counties can resume indoor dining, many restaurants are facing a new set of choices. On Tuesday, we heard from Riane Welch, co-owner of Boxwood Kitchen, about their decision to reopen indoor dining. Today, we hear from Eric Nelson, co-owner of Eem, a Thai barbecue and cocktail restaurant in North Portland that is choosing to stick with takeout and outdoor dining for the foreseeable future.
