THANKS TO OUR SPONSOR:

One of the most anticipated new works in Portland’s Fertile Ground festival is “Heart of Stone.” The play uses music, dance and dialogue to tell the coming-of-age story of famed Russian choreographer Alisher Khasanov, who also directs the play and leads the ensemble theatre group. Olga Kravtsova, lead producer and dancer in the show, says “Heart of Stone” is also meant to convey a message of political tolerance. She joins us to tell us more about the storytelling, how the new piece is developing and what she hopes audiences will take away.
