The Gonzaga Bulldogs exacted revenge against Oregon State Thursday night, defeating the Beavers 67-37 in Spokane.
The victory pulls the teams into a tie for first place in the West Coast Conference as the season winds down.
After winning the previous matchup in a high-scoring overtime thriller late last month, Oregon State (17-7, 9-2) couldn’t get anything going on offense Thursday.
The Beavers shot 25% from the field and made just one three-pointer on 21 attempts. Senior guard Tiara Bolden led the team with 9 points.
Oregon State scored just 14 points in the second half.
Gonzaga (17-7, 9-2) forced Oregon State into 19 turnovers, compared to just seven for the Dogs.
The Beavers are back in action Saturday at 2 p.m. when they take on the Portland Pilots.
