Gilbert Inaba, Lon Inaba’s uncle, sitting by the Dodge truck the was given to the Inaba Family by good friend and seed merchant, Wilbur Logan, after they returned from the internment camps. “Pay me whenever you can. You need it much more than I do,” Lon Inaba recalls Logan saying. “He was a great friend of our family and the Japanese farmers in the valley,” Inaba says.
