The Multnomah County District Attorney's office announced Wednesday morning a grand jury returned a four-count indictment for a driver accused of hitting and killing an 11-year-old boy walking to school.

The driver, 26-year-old Garrett Bergquist, is accused of running a red light last week and killing Luis Medina, a sixth grader who was walking to Dexter McCarty Middle School in Gresham.
