Missing Vancouver Teen Found By Police

The Vancouver Police Department said it is looking for 18-year-old Elishah Saheb, who went missing Sept. 1, 2019 while taking out the trash at her home.

Vancouver, Washington, police said they located a missing Hudson's Bay High School student Monday.

Elishah Saheb, 18, disappeared from her home around 7:45 p.m. Sunday. Police said she was taking the trash out at the time she went missing.

By Monday morning, police had located her.

"The department would like to thank the community for their tips and assistance in this case," Vancouver police said in statement.

Police said Saheb's phone was turned off, and she did not have her purse or backpack with her when she went missing. The department also said Saheb does not drive.

Vancouver police did not release further details on how officers located Saheb or the circumstances around her disappearance.
