Welcome to the Monday Mix, where each week we highlight three standout songs debuting on the opbmusic broadcast.

Kyle Craft - “O! Lucky Hand”

The Skinny: It’s another great song from the Portland artist, who continues to bend the contours of his theatrical, 70s-inspired sound.

Release Date: “Showboat Honey,” Craft’s 3rd album, was released July 12 on Sub Pop.

PNW Shows: Craft opens for Paul Cauthen October 8 at Doug Fir Lounge.

vōx - “I Can Feel Myself Leaning”

The Skinny: vōx (Latin for “voice”) is the project of L.A. artist Sarah Winters, whose voice flutters over spare layers of synth and trap beats.

Release Date: vōx will release an EP, “I Am Not a God,” on October 4 via Arts & Crafts.

PNW Shows: None scheduled currently.

Surf Curse - “Disco”

The Skinny: The Reno-born, L.A.-based band released this earworm earlier in the summer, and the song’s funny, offhand nature gets a perfectly matched video, of a couple dancing in the living room.

Release Date: “Heaven Surrounds You” will be released Friday, September 13, via Danger Collective.

PNW Shows: September 19 at Lola’s Room (Crystal Ballroom)
