Running The Rogue River In Wooden Boats

Most people who run southern Oregon's Rogue River do it in rubber rafts that can bounce off rocks. Oregon Field Guide paddles down the Rogue with adventure seekers who prefer to take on the rapids in wooden boat — despite the rock gardens that can smash their watercraft.
