Echelon security encounter at Southwest 12th & Taylor in Portland.

On Feb. 6, a Portland police officer responded to a call of multiple screaming, swearing men tearing apart a homeless camp at Southwest 12th and Taylor. An employee of another security company captured video of the final moment of the clash between Echelon security and people who lived in tents at the location.
