How Gov. Brown’s order to reopen public schools will affect districts

Oregon Gov. Kate Brown announced she is ordering all public schools in the state to offer in-person classes in the coming weeks. Students in kindergarten through fifth grade will be first, followed by grades six through 12. We talk with OPB editor Rob Manning about what this order means for Oregon’s school districts.
