Demolition began at the former Portland Korean Church today, after it was heavily damaged in a three-alarm fire earlier in the week. After inspection, it was determined that the three-story church building and the 35-foot steeple on top, posed a hazard to surrounding buildings and to the nearby Portland Streetcar tracks.
Police have arrested Cameron David Storer, 27, who also goes by the name Nicolette Fait, on arson and burglary charges.
