In 2019, 18-year-old Sarah Zuber was found dead 400 feet from her own front door in Columbia County, Oregon. Her grieving family and other residents of their small, rural community have been steadfast in their search for answers ever since. But six years later, no one — not the police, citizen sleuths, or the local media — has been able to figure out what happened to her.

This week, we’re bringing you the first episode of season 2 of OPB’s investigative podcast “Hush," from host Leah Sottile and producer Ryan Haas. The ongoing series is focused on uncovering buried truths about critical stories in the Pacific Northwest.
