UPDATE (Nov. 16, 10:44 a.m. PT) — The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office said one person has died after a shooting at Heritage Specialty Foods in Wilsonville on Friday morning.
That suspect has been identified as 25-year-old Camilio Santiago-Santiago of Woodburn.
Santiago-Santiago had recently been fired from Heritage Specialty Foods, and the victim, Carl Hellinger, 36, was a manager at the business.
Wilsonville Police and the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office responded to the shooting scene around 9 a.m.
The sheriff’s office said a male suspect opened fire at the Wilsonville business and then fled the scene.
Santiago-Santiago was taken into custody following a short pursuit and brief standoff. Authorities said he had a pistol in his waistband when he was taken into custody and they found two additional firearms in his car.

There were no additional victims.
Santiago-Santiago fled Wilsonville to Woodburn and was barricaded in a vehicle in the 1800 block of Woodland Avenue, according to the Marion County Sheriff's Office.
According to social media posts from Metcom, the 911 center providing dispatch services to the greater Marion County area, all residents in the area of the north end Woodland Avenue were asked to “shelter in place,” locking their doors and windows.
That notice was lifted around 9:30 a.m. when Santiago-Santiago was taken into custody.
Santiago-Santiago is currently being held at the Clackamas County Jail, according to its inmate roster.
He is charged with second-degree murder and felon in possession of a weapon.
