  • The Oregon Court of Appeals has upheld a ruling that the Port of Portland couldn't reject an environmental ad proposed for the Portland Airport based on its political nature. At the center of the case, which dates back to 2013: an anti-logging ad from conservation group Oregon Wild which calls Oregon "Home of the Clearcut."
