The Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) has released a 70-page document outlining draft rules for recreational marijuana sales in Oregon, in advance of a public hearing tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. at the commission offices on 9079 SE McLoughlin Boulevard.

The release comes one week after retail marijuana sales through medical dispensaries began in Oregon on October 1. The OLCC is set to accept applications for recreational retail stores this coming January. We'll talk with a spokesperson with the OLCC to learn more about the draft rules and the public hearing.
