Westminster Dog Show Breeder | Portland's Chinese-American History | Environmental Update

• We meet Carol Infranca, the Oregon dog breeder behind two of the Westminster Kennel Club's prize-winning pups, along with Flash, the number three silky terrier in the nation.

• At the end of the 19th century, Portland's Chinese and Chinese American communities accounted for 10% of the city's population, and the local Chinatown was the second largest in the nation. What changed? Dr. Jackie Peterson-Loomis and Marcus Lee guide us through one of Portland's lesser-known histories.

• We'll review Portland's heavy-metal air pollution problem, coal by wire, opposition to a proposed Tacoma methanol plant, and the impacts of cattle grazing on ecosystems.
