The Urban League of Portland has accused the Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ) of monitoring Twitter accounts that have been using the hashtag #blacklivesmatter. Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum confirmed to OPB that the monitoring took place.

We talk to the president & CEO of the Urban League of Portland, Nkenge Harmon Johnson, about the DOJ's surveillance. The DOJ gathered information about her husband, Erious Johnson, who directs the civil rights division of the Oregon Department of Justice.
