The now-closed Daybreak Youth Services has faced multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, and has been under investigation by law enforcement and the Washington State Department of Health for several years.

The center houses people deemed to be violent sexual predators who have served their sentences, but whom a judge has found likely to reoffend.
