Umatilla County has the lowest rate of COVID-19 vaccinations per capita in Oregon. County commissioners have argued they are not getting enough vaccine doses from the state, despite having high COVID-19 infection rates. Joseph Fiumara, public health director of Umatilla County, joins us to talk about the county’s vaccination rate.
