OSU health professor on Oregon’s new mask rules and the future of the pandemic

Many people were caught by surprise when Gov. Kate Brown announced this week that fully vaccinated Oregonians are no longer required by the state to wear masks in public. There are still a lot of questions about how the rule change will be implemented and who will comply.
