Jury selection in 2020 Oregon wildfire lawsuit against PacifiCorp begins Monday

PacifiCorp — a subsidiary of billionaire investor Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway — has paid out settlements before related to wildfires in Oregon. So far, the company seems willing to fight a $1.6 billion class-action case.
