‘Green rain’ among the ways Oregonians celebrate St. Patrick’s Day

In a tradition that’s lasted for three decades, Kells Irish Pub in downtown Portland collects cash on its ceiling until around St. Paddy’s Day, then brings down the “green rain” for charity.
