Jason Bernert
Jason Bernert is an editorial experience designer for Oregon Public Broadcasting, creating interactive graphics for the newsroom and ensuring brand and design constancy across OPB's digital platforms.
Before coming to OPB, Jason worked for the University of Oregon's Development Department, designing and programming interactive iPad donor proposals. He originally came to OPB to design, build and publish the company's monthly iPad magazine, "OPB Magazine," that focused on curating and delivering OPB's best stories.
Jason's work has been recognized by the Online News Association for excellence and innovation in visual digital storytelling and the Society of Professional Journalists Region 10 for environmental and science reporting.
Jason is an Oregonian through and through. He grew up in the suburbs of Clackamas County and graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in journalism.
