The Eagle Creek Fire ripped through the Columbia River Gorge in the beginning of September. All the major and historic structures have been spared by the flames. But the wildfire has claimed more than 48,000 acres. What some of Oregon's famous natural landmarks look like from the ground-level remains unknown.
