53 Measles Cases Confirmed In Clark County, Washington; 4 In Oregon

UPDATE (Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019, at 1:33 p.m. PT) — Clark County Public Health reported no new confirmed cases of measles Saturday in the Vancouver, Washington, area's ongoing outbreak.

The number stands at 53 confirmed cases of measles and two suspected cases in Clark County as of Feb. 10.

There are four confirmed cases in Oregon, all in Multnomah County. A suspected case in Marion County, Oregon, tested negative for measles.

Health officials continue to urge people who have measles symptoms to call ahead before going into a medical clinic, to avoid spreading the disease.
