Got Static? OPB 91.5 FM In Portland To Be Off Air Late Tuesday, Early Wednesday

By OPB Staff (OPB)
Oct. 11, 2017 1 a.m.

Beginning 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, OPB 91.5 FM in Portland will be off the air for up to four hours. Signal will be restored no later than 4 a.m. in order to minimize impact to listeners.

The transmitter will be completely powered down during planned maintenance, so listeners will hear only static. The signal may come and go several times during the maintenance window. This will affect Portland Analog and HD Radio on 91.5 FM, including OPB News (analog and HD1) and opbmusic (HD2).
