Indigenous Creek Names | Cafe Employees in Addiction Recovery | Stumptown Improv Festival

• Volunteers with the Corvallis group Marys Peak Alliance and local tribes are partnering to give indigenous names to previously unnamed creeks on Marys Peak. We talk with David Harrelson of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde and Dave Eckert, a coordinator for Marys Peak Alliance.

• An Albany cafe hires people in recovery from addiction who may struggle to find employment because of their past drug use. Peter Martin, the co-owner of JC's Cafe, and Holly King, the cafe's manager, join us.

• We're joined by the organizers of the fifth annual Stumptown Improv Festival. Local performers and groups from other cities come together for four evenings packed with improv comedy. Leon Anderson, Erin O'Regan and Jed Arkley will talk about about some of the highlights, and what it takes to perform without a script.
